Debbie at the front desk and Jessica the Medical Assistant we’re both friendly and professional. I can’t even begin to Pat Dr.Davis enough compliments. She was kind, professional and compassionate. She explained everything she was doing and shared her thought process on what she thought my problem is. I am so glad I found this office and her!

I had a telehealth appointment set up. I was out and about, but I made sure my phone was close by. I waited for my phone to ring to start the telehealth conversation. Twenty minutes after my appointment i checked my phone to see if somehow I had missed the call. That’s when I saw a text message prompting me to connect! I wish someone had told me that’s how this worked! I obviously missed my connection opportunity. I have only had one other telehealth appointment in the past with a different doctor and the phone rang and I spoke to the doctor. That’s what I was expecting. This, obviously, was very poor communication on the process by staff.
