She then graduated with her Master of Science in biomedical sciences and her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine. Finally, she completed her OB/GYN residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dr. Sylvestre has special interests in high-risk obstetrics, benign gynecology, minimally invasive gynecological surgery (including laparoscopy and robotic surgery), office procedures, and preventive medicine. She is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Medical Association, and Society of Gynecologic Surgeons.
Outside of work, Dr. Sylvestre enjoys traveling, learning different languages and cultures, playing multiple musical instruments and sports, web designing, participating in community service, and spending time with her family.
